Major Reshma Jayaraj, RN
Maj. Reshma Jayaraj, RN, is a former Indian Army Officer with experience in critical-care nursing, emergency response, clinical leadership, staff education and international nursing registration.
After navigating the NCLEX-RN and international registration journey herself, she founded BeeRN to give nurses something she believes every candidate deserves: structured preparation, honest pathway guidance and personal accountability.
Her teaching combines clinical discipline with supportive mentorship—helping candidates understand the reasoning behind nursing decisions, identify weak areas, track measurable progress and prepare with a clear plan.

Which program should I choose?
Your recommended program depends on the examination assigned to you, your current registration stage and your preparation level. BeeRN begins with a preliminary pathway or preparation review before recommending a program.
Do I need nursing experience to join BeeRN coaching?
Coaching enrollment does not always require nursing experience. However, licensing and registration requirements vary by authority and pathway. Candidates should follow the instructions provided by the applicable nursing regulator.
What is the difference between NCLEX-RN, REx-PN and CPNRE?
These examinations relate to different nursing-registration pathways. NCLEX-RN is used in selected registered-nurse licensing pathways. REx-PN and CPNRE relate to practical-nurse registration pathways. The examination you must complete depends on the instructions of your applicable regulator.
Does BeeRN decide which examination I should take?
No. The applicable nursing regulator determines examination and registration requirements. BeeRN helps candidates understand those instructions and prepare for the assigned examination.
Are all BeeRN classes one-to-one?
BeeRN provides private one-to-one teaching and personal mentorship throughout the program.
Does BeeRN guarantee that I will pass?
No coaching institute can guarantee an examination result. BeeRN provides structured teaching, practice, assessments, progress tracking and mentor feedback. The candidate's preparation, attendance, practice and examination performance also affect the result.
Can BeeRN help with Canada nursing registration?
BeeRN provides educational and administrative guidance relating to registration processes, documents, application stages and examination preparation. Final decisions are made by the applicable nursing regulatory authority.
Can BeeRN help with USA nursing registration?
BeeRN helps candidates understand state-board processes, credential-evaluation requirements, document preparation and NCLEX-related steps. Final eligibility and licensing decisions are made by the applicable official authorities.
Does BeeRN provide immigration services?
BeeRN provides general pathway information and may refer candidates to authorized professionals where regulated immigration services are required. BeeRN does not guarantee visas, immigration approval or employer sponsorship.
Are classes available online?
